Ingredients
1/2 bottle of Casal Garcia Rosé
200 g strawberries
1 tablespoon of sugar
A few drops of lemon juice

How to make it
1. Mash the strawberries into a puree and mix in the sugar.
2. Add a few drops of lemon.
3. Add well chilled Casal Garcia Rosé and mix.
4. Serve in a Martini glass.

Ingredients
100 ml Casal Garcia White Wine Sangria
2.5 cl of lemon juice
2 cl of sugar syrup
3 cl of pineapple purée (made in a blender)
Ice

How to make it
1. Put all the ingredients in a shaker and add the ice.
2. Mix well and pour the mixture into a glass.

500 g diced strawberries
500 g raspberries
Lemon zest

How to make it
1. Lightly blend half the raspberries and distribute them among the glasses, along with the rest of the fruit.
2. Place a sorbet into red wine glasses and slowly pour the sangria, up to about half the glass.
3. Top off with a squeeze of lemon zest, stir in the ice cream and serve.
