Half a lime
25 ml sugar syrup
20 ml cachaça
50 ml sparkling water
Crushed ice
How to make it
- Put the lime and sugar in a glass and macerate.
- Add the cachaça rum, Casal Garcia Rosé and crushed ice.
- Shake well and pour into a glass. Shall we toast?
